Ceramic Thin Plate
Ceramic thin plates are made of small particles of high purity. The raw material is compressed and baked to complete products which are of a similar weight to that of aluminum composite panels, larger size, natural material that is similar to natural stones, surface hardness of Mohs Hardness Grade 8, almost zero water absorption, fire-resistance (thermal resistance of the surface), low-temperature resistance, environmental friendliness, and recyclability. In addition, the product supports various color combinations and can be installed easily through open joint or closed joint methods, etc.
Environmentally-friendly materials
With the natural material (porcelain), the product is 100% nature-friendly. It does not emit any kind of environmental substances and can be recycled after crushing easily.
Hardness - Mohs Hardness Grade 8
Due to the special structure of the surface and durability, the product has a higher resistance against scratch and wearing.
*Mohs hardness: Marble – grade 4, granite-grade 6, diamond-grade 10
Water proofing
The water absorption rate is close to 0. The product provides water-proofing feature against liquid or organic materials, etc.
Resistance against chemical substances
The product is not corroded or discolored due to solvents, disinfectant, or washing fluids.
Various colors
The product provides classy and stabilized colors (30 color options). As a result, they can provide a suitable option for venues in need of a stabilized atmosphere, such as a school, hospital, silver-town, kindergarten, and cram schools, etc.
