Structure

· Aluminum – A3000 family Density 2.73g/cm3 /

· Pre-treatment – chromate

· Surface treatment- PvdF:KYNAR 70% included

· Filler – Non- conbustible inorganic filler (density 1.54 g/cm3) 

Standard production specification

· Length – No limitations (However, in consideration of convenience in handling,

   we recommend to limit the length of the products to 5000mm.)

· thickness - 3㎜, 4㎜, 6㎜

· width - 1020㎜, 1250㎜, 1575㎜

· Surface Treatment – PVDF 22~28㎛

Light weight, cost effectiveness

The sandwich-structured material is light-weighted and reliable, making it easier to transport and reduces the needs for load-bearing designs. As a result, it is possible for the customers to save the construction cost and shorten the construction period.

High flatness and workability

The product is applied using the Roll method. And, the core of the layer maintains elasticity, which prevents distortion that can be observed on metallic sheet materials. As a result, the product is easy to work on in cutting or bending works, etc.

Durability, weather-resistance, and corrosion-resistance

The PvdF surface coating prevents corrosion on the surface. and, aluminum material itself provides resistance against corrosion. Due to these features, the product is highly resistant against snow, rain, high temperature, salt, and other weather conditions.

Heat insulation

The three-layer composite structure with non-compustible cores provides higher thermal insulation. This creates a higher level of resistance against thermal circulation, which enhances the heat insulation performance. This feature will contribute to saving the maintenance cost of the building and provide a superb energy-saving effect.
